Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients Baked Spaghetti
- 16 ounces dry spaghetti
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 24 ounces marinara sauce one jar of your favorite
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese divided
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray a 13 by 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and preheat the oven to 350°F.
- As directed on the package, prepare the pasta until it is al dente and drain. Sixteen ounces of dried spaghetti
- In a big skillet over medium heat, brown the beef while the pasta cooks. As the beef cooks, shred it with a wooden spoon.1 lb. of ground chuck
- Clean the skillet after draining the beef.
- Add the butter and oil to the same skillet. After adding the onions, sauté them for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are tender and transparent. Garlic that has been minced should be added after 30 seconds. 3 garlic cloves, 1 medium yellow onion, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, and 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Add the beef, marinara sauce, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon minced basil. Add freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt after thoroughly combining. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, 12 cup grated parmesan cheese, Kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. 24 ounces marinara sauce.
