Fried Spinach Salad: Chef Sam Marvin, a well-known cook and proprietor of the Echo & Rig restaurants in Sacramento and Las Vegas gave the recipe for this delectable fried spinach.
Fried Spinach Salad is a healthy appetizer that includes fried spinach, red onion, cauliflower, broccoli, and chili-lime vinaigrette.
This dish transforms the classic creamed spinach dish from the steakhouse by embracing a nutritious recipe with a spicy, citrusy flavor. While maintaining beneficial vitamins and minerals, frying the spinach gives the leaf an added crunch.
