INGREDIENTS

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Vermicelles (sawia)¾cup
  • Green Cardamom(ilachi) 3-4
  • Vanilla Custard Powder 2 tbsp
  • Almonds(badam), Pistachios(pista) (chopped)
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp

METHODS

  1. In a pan, add milk , vermicelles and cook.

  3. After the 15 minutes, add sugar, green cardamom and cook.
  4. Add custard powder and cream.
  5. After 5 minutes, take it out.
  6. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
