INGREDIENTS

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • chana dal (beegi hui) 250g
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 3
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 4
  • Mint(podina) leaves ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Brown(fry) Onions ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric(hldi) ½ tsp
  • Coriander(dhnia) Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin(zeera) Powder 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder 2 tsp

  • Salt as required
  • All Spice ½ tsp

METHODS

  1. Heat oil, add brown onion with mutton.
  2. Tomatoes, ginger garlic, and dry spices fry well.
  3. Add 1 cup water cover and cook for 15 – 20 min, then add in the chana daal,

  5. Cover and cook till daal and mutton tender, add allspice, green chilies, mint leaves and serve.
