Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric(hldi) ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White pepper ¾ tsp
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Mix garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 8
  • Green coriander(dhnia) ½ bunch
  • Mace nutmeg(jifel) powder ¼ tsp
  • Fennel(sonf) powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin(zeer) powder ½ tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Tomato slice 1
  • Boiled peace(mtr) as required
  • Fried onion to garnish

  • Basmati rice ½ kg(beege hue)

Method:
Heat oil adds onion and whole spices. Also add a chicken cube, salt, white pepper, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, and fennel powder roast well. Add yogurt and 2-3 green chili fry well. Add water. Also add ginger, mace nutmeg (jifel) powder, and rice. Before simmering add tomato, peace(mtr), green chili, and coriander. Dish out garnish with fried onion.
