Nayanthara’s Favourite Japan Chicken

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
- 200 grams of chicken breast
- 2 tbsp refined flour
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- Salt to taste 1/4 cup water
- Oil for frying
FOR CHICKEN SAUCE
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tsp cashew powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp butter
Method For Making Recipe
STEP: 1
Wash and clean the chicken breast. Chop into small cubes. Then in a bowl, add washed and chopped chicken cubes, pepper powder, chili powder, corn flour, refined flour, salt, and a little water. Mix well to coat the chicken pieces well. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
STEP: 2
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and cooked. Then in a pan, add butter. When it melts, add finely chopped garlic and green chili. Sauté for 30 seconds.
STEP: 3
Now add milk, cream, cashew powder, sugar, salt, pepper powder, and kasuri methi. Mix well. Then when the sauce comes to a boil, add the fried chicken and finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
