Ingredients

  • Boiled spaghetti ½ packet
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Chicken stock(yakhni) ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Broccoli 1 small
  • Carrot sliced 1 medium
  • Peas(mtr) boiled ½ cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ridge gourd(loaki) sliced 1
  • Garlic chopped 4 cloves
  • Prawns(jheenge) 300 gm
  • Fish (cut into cubes) 300 gm
  • Parsley(herb) chopped ¼ bunch
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Slightly blanch broccoli and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add prawns(jheenge) and fish cubes, fry for a few minutes and keep aside.

  • Now put boiled spaghetti, sliced carrot, boiled peas, chopped onion, sliced ridge gourd(loaki) and blanched broccoli to the same wok. Sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Also add ½ cup chicken stock(yakhni), cover and cook on low flame for 6 – 7 minutes.
  • Now remove the lid, add in fried fish and prawns(jheenge). Also add salt to taste, black pepper powder, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and chili powder. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes and mix well.

  • Lastly add ½ cup fresh cream, stir fry on high flame.
  • Dish it out and serve hot.
