Ingredients
- Boiled spaghetti ½ packet
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Chicken stock(yakhni) ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Broccoli 1 small
- Carrot sliced 1 medium
- Peas(mtr) boiled ½ cup
- Onion chopped 1
- Ridge gourd(loaki) sliced 1
- Garlic chopped 4 cloves
- Prawns(jheenge) 300 gm
- Fish (cut into cubes) 300 gm
- Parsley(herb) chopped ¼ bunch
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste

Method
- Slightly blanch broccoli and keep aside.
- Heat butter in a pan, add prawns(jheenge) and fish cubes, fry for a few minutes and keep aside.
- Now put boiled spaghetti, sliced carrot, boiled peas, chopped onion, sliced ridge gourd(loaki) and blanched broccoli to the same wok. Sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Also add ½ cup chicken stock(yakhni), cover and cook on low flame for 6 – 7 minutes.
- Now remove the lid, add in fried fish and prawns(jheenge). Also add salt to taste, black pepper powder, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and chili powder. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes and mix well.
- Lastly add ½ cup fresh cream, stir fry on high flame.
- Dish it out and serve hot.
