INGREDIENTS
- 9 oz. packet of Blue Harbor Fish tuna
- 3 Tbsp regular or vegan mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha(souce)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika(red chili)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne(hot red chili)
- 1 avocado(magher nashipati)
- 1 cup baby spinach(palak)
- 1 large tortilla(tawe pe ni roti)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Open tuna packets, empty tuna into a medium-sized bowl, and shred using a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, sriracha(souce), black pepper, paprika, salt, and cayenne and combine.
- Thinly slice an avocado.
- On a tortilla, add a thin layer of baby spinach and avocado. Cover about ½ of the tortilla.
- Thinly spread the tuna mixture on top of the spinach and avocado. Be careful not to overload!
- Once the tuna is added, roll.
- After rolling, slice into 8-10 pieces.
