Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups Milk
- 3 Eggs, Beaten
- ½ Cup chopped onion
- 1 Cup diced cooked ham
- ¾ Cup baking mix (such as Bisquick)
- ½ Cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (10 ounces) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Step. 1
Set oven temperature to 400 F, or 200 C. Wet a ten-inch pie dish with grease.

Evenly press spinach into bottom of prepared pie plate to form compacted layer.
Step. 3
In a bowl, beat together the milk, ham, eggs, baking mix, onion, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese; pour mixture over spinach layer.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center, in a preheated oven.
