Spinach and Ham Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Milk
  • 3 Eggs, Beaten
  • ½ Cup chopped onion
  • 1 Cup diced cooked ham
  • ¾ Cup baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • ½ Cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (10 ounces) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Method Step-by-Step

Step. 1

Set oven temperature to 400 F, or 200 C. Wet a ten-inch pie dish with grease.

Step. 2

Evenly press spinach into bottom of prepared pie plate to form compacted layer.

Step. 3

In a bowl, beat together the milk, ham, eggs, baking mix, onion, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese; pour mixture over spinach layer.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center, in a preheated oven.
