Ingredients For Profiterole:

  • Butter 110gm
  • Water 240ml
  • Salt 3gm
  • Sugar 12gm
  • Flour 120gm
  • Egg 3 to 4

Ingredients For Pastry Cream:

  • Custard 1packet
  • Whipped cream as required

Method:
In a pan add sugar, water, butter, salt, and boil.
Now add flour and mix well and cook on low flame for 12 minutes till no lumps are visible. Now whip by mixing machine, add eggs one by one and mix well.
And Bake batter in 200c preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes.
Caramelize the sugar stick the croquembouche and make a tower and serve.
