INGREDIENTS

  • Milk 1 Liter
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Whole dried milk 1 cup
  • Cardamom(ilachi) ½ tsp
  • Pistachio(pista) 50 gm
  • Coconut 50 gm
  • Corn flour(mkai ata) 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup FOR MALAI:
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Whole dried milk ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

METHODS

  1. Boil the milk. Then in a bowl whisk sugar, cardamom(ilachi) and corn flour and add to the milk.

  3. Once it is thick, add whole dried milk and allow it to cool.
  4. Then add to the molds(sancho) and let it cool for a while.
  5. Now cook milk, whole dried milk and sugar.

  7. Then coat on a Qulfi and sprinkle with pistachio(pista) and coconut.
