Ingredients

  1. 2 cups heavy cream
  2. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  3. 2 teaspoon vodka Optional
  4. 2 15 oz cans of coconut milk full fat and chilled
  5. 1/4 cup sugar-free powdered sugar * See notes

Sugar-Free Ice Cream Ingredients

  1. Vodka: optional, but enhances the ice cream’s creaminess and capability.
  2. Coconut Milk: Full-fat coconut milk in a can. So that the cream component will separate from the liquid, chill them in the refrigerator the night before.
  3. Heavy Cream: Also known as double cream or thickened cream.
  4. Powdered Sugar Substitute: A sugar-free version of powdered sugar. Keto powdered sugar was utilized. Allulose is an alternative, but you’ll need to raise the mount.
  5. Vanilla extract: Not required, but adds a subtle vanilla flavor.

1. Method: The ice cream mixture.
