Ingredients
Boneless Fish 500 grams
Egg 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder(Haldi) ½ tsp
All Spice Powder ½ tsp
Ajwain 1/3 tsp
Methi dana 1/3 tsp
Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp
Meda 2-3 tbsp
Orange Food Color 1 pinch
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
Take a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, 1 tsp of cornflour, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of red chili powder,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,1/2 tsp of allspice powder, 2-3 tbsp of meda, 2-3 tsp of lemon juice, 1/3 tsp of ajwain, 1/3 tsp methi dana, 1 pinch of orange food color and add to taste salt mix it well to make a batter. Now take 500 grams of boneless fish cut into fingers shape and dip into batter and fry in hot oil and take it out in a plate and drain the access oil in tissue paper when it drains. At last, take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
