INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 15-oz can of pumpkin
  • 2 Cups vanilla-flavor fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp orange zest
  • 1 1/2 Cups granola with pumpkin seeds
  • 1/8 Tsp cayenne pepper

Method For Making Recipe Step-by-Step

Step. 1

Combine pumpkin, cinnamon, and half of the yogurt in a bowl.

Step. 2

Combine the remaining yogurt and orange zest in a separate bowl. Combine the granola and cayenne pepper in a third bowl.

Step. 3

Arrange a third of the granola and half of the pumpkin mixture in each of four pint-sized canning jars or parfait glasses. Place a third of the granola, the yogurt mixture, then the remaining pumpkin mixture on top.

Step. 4

After adding the last of the granola, sprinkle with maple syrup.
